Avon American Legion Auxiliary Unit 294 Presents 3rd Annual USO Style Dinner Dance on Saturday February 18th, 2012 at the Avon Inn.  Tickets are $25 for singles and $45 for a couple. There will be a social hour from 5-6, dinner from 6-8, and dancing from 8 on.  Music by Santo Gerace & Killin' Time.  Billy Kidd from WBEE will be the MC for the evening.  Proceeds will benefit Zion House, a transitional home for female veterans.  Tickets are available at The Tilly Agency.

Lima Fire Department is holding a Ham Raffle on March 24th, 2012.  Grand prize is a Sanyo 42" HD LCD TV!  2nd prize is $300 cash, and 3rd prize is $200 cash.  Tickets are $1 each, or $5 for a book of 10.  Tickets are available at The Tilly Agency.

The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming is offering 6 Hour Defensive Driving Courses in 2012. Class dates are scheduled for: March 3rd,  May 21st, July 7th, September 14th, and December 17th.  All Classes are from 8:30am to 3pm, and are at Hampton Corners, 4389 Gypsy Lane, Mount Morris NY 14510.  Cost is $35.  Pre-registration required to guarantee you a spot in the class.  For more information call (585)658-3311 ext 217 to speak to Penny Cartwright, or e-mail her at pcartwright@lwarc.org.
