In 1996 the business became a Limited Liability Partnership with 4 partners: Paul, Betty Lou, Michele, and Rene.  It again expanded in 2001 to include the storefront at 1897 Rochester St.  In 2005, the agency expanded to include Carolyn Lyness-Barratt as a licensed agent.  In 2006 Carolyn was made a partner.
