The Paul F. Tilly Agency was founded on January 1st 1979 by Paul Tilly and his wife, Betty Lou.  The original location was the storefront at 1891 Rochester St. in Lima, NY.  Over the next 30 Years, the business continued to grow!

In 2012, The Tilly Agency opened a second office in Avon, NY.
